He has developed many of his own exercises through his years of Kung Fu training and testing the different effects of exercises. Cross training the body keeps exercise from becoming boring and continuously challenges the muscles. The use of free weights, cables, medicine balls and the resistance ball works areas of the body that the average weight routine will not accomplish. The use of martial art calisthenics incorporated into a workout creates a stronger leaner and healthier physique.
Don believes in eating properly and training right. Eating sensible but eating a diet that is livable. Don eats a wide variety of green vegetables, meats cheeses and fruit. No special secret, just stay away from foods that come in a can or a box. Eat everything fresh and stay away from fried foods. Exercise properly and regularly.
