Although I have trained regularly for years, Don has given me new insight into a holistic approach to my training. This involved incorporating the concepts of balance and flexibility, as well as the activation of all the secondary muscle groups.
While Don makes each workout creative, there is always emphasis on the core. The fact that each workout is somewhat unique eliminates any mental stagnation. Don is very knowledgeable in the latest developments in training as well as nutrition and is a true professional in every way.
